Do you charge for the inspection?
No. On-site inspections are free, and you get a written report with photos within 24 hours — yours to keep, even if you don’t hire us.
How fast can you get a crew on the roof?
Most replacements start within 5 business days of contract signing. Emergency tarps go up the same day, day or night.
Is the price on the quote really fixed?
Yes. Unless you change the scope, the number on your contract is the number you pay. We absorb the surprises that aren’t structural.
Do you handle insurance claims?
We’ll meet your adjuster on the roof and submit photo documentation. We don’t take an “insurance fee” cut — that’s a red flag with other contractors.
What materials do you carry?
GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning asphalt; Englert and ATAS metal; DaVinci synthetic slate; Carlisle TPO/EPDM. We bring samples to the inspection.
